Women's Grappling (BJJ)


Designed for women and taught by women, this course teaches the best of the grappling arts in a friendly and safe environment. Women of all ages and fitness levels quickly feel welcome while getting in shape and learning practical self-defense and competitive skills. Grappling (BJJ) for women is empowering, mentally challenging, physically beneficial and tremendously fun. 


This course focuses on fundamentals in takedowns, holds, escapes, sweeps, and submissions appropriate for the beginner but also polishing the skills of the advanced practitioner.


Our female students develop a bond that results in lifelong friendships. They agree that when you’re a woman who trains in grappling you become a role model who practices healthy habits, is disciplined and can take care of herself.
