All KMAA members and applicants are required to fill out the new Membership Application form

 

To join the KMAA, please download and fill out the new Membership Application form. Purchase a membership below or at the office, bring the membership form and proof of purchase to the office to activate your membership.

 

We value our members and offer a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere for you to train. The KMAA reserves the right to deny any membership application, or terminate any membership at any time, for any reason. Terminated membership dues are not refundable.

• No contracts - new members pay for their first two months up front when joining.

• Individualized Martial Arts and/or Education combination plans available.

• Prepaying Martial Arts or Education plans for additional savings available.

• 30 day written cancellation notice required if discounting membership.
